This TMB substrate/stop set is sufficient for 20 microplates
Note:
The speed of enzymatic colour development depends on the used ELISA system and is influenced by many factors including the specific antibody pair, temperature, quality of the used HRP-conjugate and amount of bound HRP-conjugate. Therefore the sufficient incubation time is very variable und specific for each test system. The development of the colour reaction has to be controlled frequently and should be stopped at an appropriate time point.
Assay Procedure

Working solution: TMB substrate: 10?mLTMB-B + 0.5?mLTMB-A → 10ml/plate. Mix immediately before use. After mixing, working solution should be colorless or very weak blue. Stop solution: ready-to-use → 5ml/plate
Restrictions For Research Use only
Precaution of Use The stop solution is an acid solution. TMB-Solution A contain H2O2 and tetramethylbenzidine (TMB). All these compounds are harmful and cause respiratory, skin and eye irritation. Do not swallow any components of the set/kit (R22). Wear face, eye and hand clothing protection when using this material (S36). Keep out of reach of children (S2). Keep away from food, drink and animal feeding stuff (S13).
