Purpose Lambda DNA/ Hind III Marker is valuable for various DNA sizing purposes.
Detection Method Fluorometric
Characteristics Lambda DNA/Hind III Marker was digested with restriction enzyme Hind III, followed by phenol/chloroform extraction to inactivate the enzyme and dialyzed in TE buffer. The final DNA concentration is measured at OD260 and compared to other DNA standards for accuracy. This ladder is pre-mixed with loading dye and is ready to use.

Application Notes Recommended Loading: 6μL/Lane.
