RabbitIgGisotypecontrol(Biotin)
詳情介紹:
Isotype IgG
Fragment Fc fragment
Characteristics Concentration Definition: by UV absorbance at 280 nm
Background Immunoglobulin G is the most abundant antibody isotype found in the circulation. IgG molecules are synthesized and secreted by plasma B cells. IgG antibodies are large molecules of about 150 kDa composed of four peptide chains. It contains two identical class γ heavy chains of about 50 kDa and two identical light chains of about 25 kDa, thus a tetrameric quaternary structure. An antibody digested by papain yields three fragments, two Fab fragments and one Fc fragment An antibody digested by pepsin yields two fragments: a F(ab')2 fragment and a pFc' fragment. The fragment crystallizable region (Fc region) is the tail region of an antibody that interacts with cell surface receptors called Fc receptors and some proteins of the complement system. This property allows antibodies to activate the immune system. Rabbit IgG F(c) is ideal for investigators involved in serum protein component research.

Reconstitution Restore with deionized water (or equivalent)
Concentration 1.0 mg/mL
Buffer 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Handling Advice Aliquot to Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
