Buffer HeLa acid extracts are supplied in dilution buffer (PBS supplemented with 0.5 mM DTT and 2 mM PMSF). Cells were cultured in medium containing 0.1?μg/mL paclitaxel for 20 hours immediately prior to harvesting.
