Origin: Human T lymphoblast, acute T cell leukemia

Components 200 μg of Jurkat nuclear extract (Heat Shock treated) at 5.70 μg/μl

Buffer Nuclear extracts are supplied in dilution buffer (20?mM Hepes (?pH 7.9), 100 mM KCl, 1?mM MgCl2, 20?% glycerol, 0.5 mM PMSF and 0.5 mM DTT). The nuclear extract was prepared from the heat shock-treated Jurkat human T cell leukemia cell line (clone E6-1). Cells were cultured in medium heated at 45?°C for 45?minutes immediately prior to harvesting.
