Components 200 μg of PC-12 (Hypoxia) nuclear extract at 5.0 μg/μl

Buffer Nuclear extracts are supplied in dilution buffer (20?mM Hepes (?pH 7.9), 100 mM KCl, 1?mM MgCl2, 20?% glycerol, 0.5 mM PMSF and 0.5 mM DTT). Before harvesting the cells were deprived of oxygen for 4 hours.
Preservative Dithiothreitol (DTT)
Precaution of Use This product contains Dithiothreitol (DTT): a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.
Handling Advice It ist recommended to aliquot the extracts into single-use fractions and then storing them at -80 °C. This eliminates repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
