Avoid Repeated thawing and freezing. Dilutions may be prepared by adding PBS, pH 7.2. If a slight precipitation occurs upon storage, this should be removed by centrifugation. It will not affect the performance of the antiserum.

Lyophilized antiseum can be shipped at ambient temperature and may be stored at 2-8 °C or at -28 °C for prolonged storage. Diluted antiserum should be stored at 2-8 °C, not refrozen, and preferably used the same day.
