This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Chicken IgG coupled to agarose.

Restrictions For Research Use only
Reconstitution Restore with 1.0?mL of deionized water (or equivalent).
Concentration 1.5 mg/mL
Buffer 0.15 M Sodium Chloride,?pH 7.2, containing 10?mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) and 0.01?% (w/v) and 0.01?% Gentamicin Sulfate as preservative.
Handling Advice Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.
Storage 4 °C/-20 °C
Storage Comment Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. This product is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
