Purification Immunoaffinity Chromatography
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum byimmunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.

Application Notes Suitable for Immunoprecipitation, Immunodiffusion, Conjugation and most immunologicalmethods requiring lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. ELISA: 1:25,000 - 1:120,000. Western blot: 1:2,000 - 1:10,000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:1,000 - 1,5,000.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
