Goatanti-HumanIg(LightChain),(Chainkappa)Antibody(FITC)
詳情介紹:
Immunogen Human kappa (kappa) light chain
Fragment F(ab')2 fragment
Characteristics Absorption / Emission: 495 nm / 528 nm
Molar Ratio: 5.9 moles FITC per mole of Goat IgG F(ab')2.
Purification This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.
Alternative Name Immunoglobulin
Research Area Secondary Antibodies, Virology
Application Notes Suitable for Immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as otherantibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence ofF(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Reconstitution Restore with 1.0?mL of deionized water (or equivalent).
Concentration 1.0 mg/mL (by UV absorbance at 280 nm)
Buffer 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride,?pH 7.2 with 10?mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01?% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use This product contains sodium azide: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.
Handling Advice Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Storage 4 °C/-20 °C
Storage Comment Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20 °C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
