Application Notes Suitable for use in Immunoblotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunomicroscopy aswell as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiringextremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency,high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0?μg of Human IgG in astandard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS(2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30?minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1: 3,000 to 1: 8,500 of the reconstitutionconcentration is suggested for this product.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Reconstitution Restore with 1.0?mL of deionized water (or equivalent).
Concentration 1.0 mg/mL (by UV absorbance at 280 nm)
Buffer 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride,?pH 7.2, with 10?mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) IgG and Protease free as stabilizer and 0.01?% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative.

Storage 4 °C/-20 °C
Storage Comment Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20 °C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
