This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.

Application Notes Suitable for Immunoblotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titerand specificity. This product has been assayed against 1.0?μg of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30?minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1/12,000 to 1/50,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggestedfor this product.
Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/20,000-1/100,000. Western Blot: 1/2,000-1/10,000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/1,000-1/5,000.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Handling Advice Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.

Storage Comment Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. This product is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below.
