Immunogen Human IgM Fc5μ fragment.
Characteristics Molar Ratio: 2.7 moles FITC per mole of Goat IgG F(ab')2.
Purification Immunoaffinity chromatography.
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by Immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgM coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.

Application Notes Suitable for Immunomicroscopy and Flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as otherantibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Flow Cytometry: 1:2,000-1:10,000. Immunofluorescence microscopy: 1:500-1:2,500.
