簡單介紹:
Mouseanti-Rat(Rattus)IgE(Chainepsilon)Antibody(FITC)
詳情介紹:
Immunogen Rat IgE myeloma proteins (IR162, IR1016, IR2 and IR410).
Clone MARE-1
Isotype IgG1
Purification Affinity Chromatography
Background IgE is the class of antibodies produced in the lungs, skin, and mucous membranes. It may protect against parasite invasion, but it is a major factor in allergic reactions. The antigen-specific IgE interacts with mast cells and eosinophils, triggers the release of histamine, leukotrienes and other substances that lead to the itching, sneezing and congestion of allergies - and the life threatening respiratory distress of asthma and anaphylactic shock.Synonyms: Rat Immunoglobulin E
Research Area Immunology, Secondary Antibodies
Application Notes Flow cytometry (5?μg/mL): use 50 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 2 x 10^7 cells in 100 μL.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Comment

Excitation/Emission wavelength: 494 nm/514 nm

Restrictions For Research Use only
Concentration 1.0 mg/mL
Buffer PBS,?pH 7.4 containing 50?% Glycerol and 0.09?% Sodium Azide.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Handling Advice Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.
Storage 4 °C/-20 °C
Storage Comment Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8 °C for one month or (in aliquots) at -28 °C for longer.
