Characteristics Mouse monoclonal anti HIV-I tat antibody clone 5G7D8 is able to detect the C-terminus sequence of HIV-I tat protein clade A and B and 49-86 HIV-I tat peptide. Clone 5G7D8 was obtained from Dag Helland - University of Bergen.
Purification Antibodies are purified from supernatants of hybridoma cell cultures by affinity chromatography.
