Characteristics Native Gel Sample Loading Buffer is a kind of 2 × concentrated solution which based on Bromophenol blue dye. This reagent does not contain SDS and DTT, so it can be used for native gel sample loading and other assays. Kit Components Components
Sample Preparation
  1. Dilute 1 part sample with 1 part Native Gel Sample Loading Buffer (2×), then loading and electrophoresis. 2. Generally, stop the electrophoresis when Bromophenol blue dye reach the bottom of the gel.
