簡(jiǎn)單介紹:
Mouseanti-ChickenIgG,IgYAntibody(Biotin)
詳情介紹:
Clone G-1
Isotype IgG1
Alternative Name IgG + IgY
Background Immunoglobulin G (IgG), is one of the most abundant proteins in human serum with normal levels between 8-17?mg/mL in ***** blood. IgG is important for our defence against microorganisms and the molecules are produced by B lymphocytes as a part of our adaptive immune response. The IgG molecule has two separate functions, to bind to the pathogen that elicited the response and to recruit other cells and molecules to destroy the antigen. The variability of the IgG pool is generated by somatic recombination and the number of specificities in an individual at a given time point is estimated to be 10e11 variants.Synonyms: Chicken Immunoglobulin G, Chicken Immunoglobulin Y
Application Notes ELISA. Flow Cytometry: < / = 1?μg/10^6 cells.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Concentration 0.5 mg/mL
Buffer PBS containing 0.09?% Sodium Azide as preservative.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Handling Advice Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Storage 4 °C/-20 °C
Storage Comment Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8 °C for one month or in (aliquots) at -28 °C for longer.
