Immunogen Purified, non-denatured Mouse IgG (containing both heavy and light chains). Production. Eggs were collected from hyperimmunized hens and the IgY fraction purified from the yolks. Anti-Mouse IgG's were affinity-purified over a column conjugated with purified Mouse IgG (containing both heavy and light chains) and conjugated to Horseradish peroxidase.
