Application Notes Suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot and Immunoprecipitation. ELISA: use at 0.1?μg/mL Immunoblotting: 1?μg/mL for AP/BCIP/NBT (MTT) detection, 0.1?μg/mL for HRP/ECLdetection. Immunoprecipitation: use at 1-10 g.

Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Handling Advice Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Storage Comment Prior to reconstitution store the antibody undiluted at 2-8 °C. Following reconstitution store the antibody undiluted at 2-8 °C for one month or (in aliquots) at -28 °C for longer.
